Who we are

Avizamo is an AI visibility platform. This page is maintained by the Avizamo team to explain, in plain language, what data the product handles. It describes our current practices and is not an independent audit or certification.

Information we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers created when you sign up or sign in with Google.

Business profile data you enter: business name, website, category, locations, and competitors.

Product data generated by your use: prompts, audit runs and their AI responses, scores, improvement tasks, page submission results, and settings such as score band thresholds.

Support conversations you have with our in-app assistant.

How we use it

To run audits and page fetches you request, calculate your visibility scores, generate recommendations, provide support, and operate billing and plan limits.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business content for advertising.

Service providers

We use third parties to deliver the product: hosting and application infrastructure, our managed database and authentication provider, and the AI model providers used to run audits (for example ChatGPT and Gemini). Prompt text and public page content are sent to those model providers to produce results.

Page fetching

Our 'fetch as AI' check requests publicly accessible URLs you submit using the AvizamoBot/1.0 user agent and stores the resulting readiness checks and logs in your workspace. Only submit URLs you own or are authorized to test.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and product data while your account is active so you can compare audits over time. You can delete individual businesses, prompts, tasks, and submissions in the app at any time, and you can cancel your subscription from Settings → Plan.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us and we will process the request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us using the details below and tell us which account email the request relates to.

Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

Security

Access to your workspace requires authentication, and database access rules restrict records to the account that owns them. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
