It's a weighted 0–100 composite: Mentions (30%), Recommendations (20%), Position (15%), Citations (15%), Sentiment (10%), and Accuracy (10%). Every response is analyzed, each signal is averaged across all prompts and platforms, multiplied by its weight, and summed. The Score breakdown tab shows the exact formula and how many points each component contributed.

Score changes are slower: quick technical wins (llms.txt, schema, page fixes) typically show up within 1–3 weeks, while content, review, and backlink work generally takes 4–12 weeks to appear in AI answers.
